Please describe your custom design idea in detail. Include any themes, characters, colors, text, logos, references, or visual elements you want incorporated. You must also clearly specify the type of console this design is intended for. Only the following categories are supported: Game Boy Family, Nintendo DS Lite and DSi XL, and Nintendo 3DS (faceplates only, not full console shells for 3DS). For any other console, please contact us first directly or via Instagram, including if you want a full price quote for your idea.
Please provide your Instagram username so we can contact you if needed. If possible, send us a message after placing your order. If you don't use Instagram, please leave another social media account or contact method.

Important Information About This Service

  • This payment reserves your place in our custom design queue and serves as the initial design fee for your project.
  • After completing your payment, you can check your position in the design list at any time. To complete your registration, you must message us on Instagram first. When your turn arrives, we will also reach out to you via Instagram to develop the design together, from initial sketch to final artwork.
  • There is no estimated completion date, as timing depends on workload and project complexity. For any questions, please contact us directly.
  • This payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Depending on the complexity of the project, an additional fee may be required. As an example, a design based on a single character will typically be fully covered by this payment. However, more complex projects involving multiple characters, detailed backgrounds, extensive custom artwork, or other advanced design elements may require an additional charge. Any extra costs will always be discussed and approved before work begins.
  • Once the product is finished and ready for production, it will be listed on the website for purchase. From there, you will be able to select available mods, extras, and other customization options based on the product category.
